12 – 15 YEAR PHASE

This pillar of Generation is now completely governed by the Cambridge Education model. This is where Generation adds Application of Academics (AoA) to the classroom. This is a process where learners are given projects and tasks that resemble the work they are learning in an environment that is real. It is an application of academics in the real world.
